Me and my fiance visited for a night's break on the 21st July. We love the hotel and think the spa facilities are fabulous. We absolutely love the heated jacuzzi pool, sauna and ice rooms and made good use of these during our stay. We felt so relaxed afterwards which is what we went for so were really happy about this! Our room was also lovely, clean, tidy and spacious and the bed is something else....so comfy 👌 More than suited our needs for our stay! The breakfast was also great 👍 tasty food and lots of choice

Good Front of House Manager - always calm and informed - smiley, well groomed receptionist who found me a dental kit, very tolerant and eager waitress who got the menu and drinks right every time! Excellent swimming pool and thermal suite - well done for having the refreshing Ice Room and Shower - few hotels offer this!
